ISLAMABAD, Feb 9 (APP): An Independent Candidate Javed Iqbal has won the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly election from PK-97, Karak-I by securing 16,839 votes.
According to the unofficial result issued by the Returning Officer/ECP, his runner-up was Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) Candidate Aseel-ur-Rehman who bagged 886 votes.
Overall voters turn-out remained 43.58 per cent.
